Houston Bluesfest began with a simple belief:

Houston deserves a world-class blues festival that celebrates the artists, history, culture, and community that helped shape one of America's most important musical traditions.

Three years later, that vision is becoming reality.

Since launching in 2023, Houston Bluesfest has welcomed more than 1,000 attendees, showcased more than 20 artists and bands, attracted visitors from over 20 states, generated more than 240,000 media and social impressions, and earned support from media partners including Houston Life and KPFT 90.1 FM.

Now we are building the next chapter.

As Houston Bluesfest grows into a signature annual cultural event, we are inviting a select group of businesses, organizations, and community leaders to become Founding Partners in our future.
